Jo said: "This is a big step forward for the regeneration of St Mary Cray and I can't wait to see the 96 fine new homes that Affinty Sutton is planning on the site of the old towers, which have been uninhabited since 2007. I know this is will come as a big relief to local residents, and I am delighted that we will have a whole swathe of housing for young people and families in the area".
